Mountaingate is a resort-like enclave of luxury residential homes that takes full advantage of its pastoral hillside setting high above the Sepulveda Pass and all of Los Angeles. As the only community of its kind in Brentwood, Mountaingate is one of the Westside’s best-kept secrets. Residents of Mountaingate enjoy access to lush park-like landscaping, miles of meandering walking and hiking trails and exclusive amenities that rival the finest country club communities.

There are 300 residences in 12 well-planned neighborhoods of single-family homes and townhomes set within Mountaingate: The Crown, The Vista, The Terrace, The Ridge, Mountain Crest Lane and six distinct communities that are placed behind the Stoney Hill gate. All offer community pools for residents’ exclusive use, as well as 24-hour security. Some neighborhoods also boast their own clubhouses, pools and spas, mini-parks and lighted tennis courts. With all Mountaingate has to offer, it still represents (by far) the best value of any communities in Brentwood.

Memberships in Mountaingate Country Club are available for purchase. Long regarded as one of L.A.’s premier golf experiences, the Club offers three golf layouts over 27 holes — the Lake-North course, par 70; the North-South, par 71; and the Lake-South, Par 71 — plus 16 lighted tennis courts, gym, two restaurants, snack shop, pro shop, locker rooms and an active social and recreational calendar. Apart from the Country Club’s Golf, Tennis and Social Memberships, Neighborhood Memberships are available exclusively to Mountaingate residents for use of the dining and bar facilities at the Club. There are no fees to become a neighborhood member — merely a $300 per-quarter commitment to purchase food or beverages and the membership may be canceled at any time.

Centrally located in the heart of Los Angeles, Mountaingate offers residents easy access to the 405 and 101 freeways, and to all of the Westside’s and Valley’s finest dining and shopping, as well as UCLA, USC, Beverly Hills, and the newly refashioned Westfield Century City mall and numerous cultural attractions.
